摘　　要：目的评价老年失代偿期乙肝肝硬化应用拉米夫定联合阿德福韦脂治疗效果。方法对照组35例口服阿德福韦脂治疗,观察组35例联合用拉米夫定联合阿德福韦脂治疗,对比不同用药治疗后效果。结果观察组患者的HBV DNA阴转率明显、Child—Pugh评分评分下降与对照组相比差异显著,P<0.05。结论拉米夫定联合阿德福韦脂治疗老年失代偿期乙肝肝硬化疗效显著。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of adefovir dipivoxil combined with elderly loss of decompensated liver cirrhosis with lamivudine. MethodsControl group 35 cases were treated by adefovir dipivoxil treatment, observation group of 35 cases combined with lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment. After comparing the different treatment effect.Results The DNA HBV negative conversion rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05.Conclusion Lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment of elderly patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis significantly.
