沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液对老年2型糖尿病的治疗价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究老年2型糖尿病采用沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗的临床疗效。方法选取72例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各组均36例,分别采用门冬胰岛素30注射液和沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗。结果治疗组患者FBG(空腹血糖)和2 h BG(餐后2 h血糖)水平降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素用量少于对照组(P<0.05),患者低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用沙格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效显著。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes melitus combined with Shah Glenn Dean Insulin Aspart 30 Injection treatment.Methods 72 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases in each group,using insulin aspart 30 injection and Shah Glenn Dean joint Insulin Aspart 30 Injection.Results In the treatment group, the level of FBG （fasting blood glucose） and 2 hBG（postprandial 2 h blood glucose） was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,Insulin dosage was less than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The Shah Glenn Dean Insulin Aspart 30 Injection treatment in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
