曲美他嗪对冠心病左心功能不全疗效观察分析

摘　　要：目的：观察曲美他嗪治疗冠心病左心功能不全的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年3月-2015年2月收治的110例冠心病左心功能不全患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组55例，对照组采用内科常规方法治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后左室舒张末内径（LVEDD）以及左室射血分数（LVEF）的变化。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组（92.73% VS 76.36%），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论曲美他嗪联合常规治疗方法治疗冠心病左心功能不全可以明显的提高患者的心功能，疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of trimetazidine QuMei treatment of left ventricular function in the coronary insufficiency.MethodsSelected in our hospital in March 2013 - February 2015 were 110 cases of coronary heart disease left ventricular function in patients with were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 55 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional medical treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the control group and treatment with trimetazidine. Comparison of groups of treatment effects and left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （92.73% VS 76.36%）, the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Trimetazidine he trimetazidine combined with routine treatment method for treatment of coronary heart disease left ventricular function not al can be significantly improve the patient＇s heart function, a significant effect.
