卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对哮喘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：研究卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗哮喘的临床效果。方法我院选择2013年5月-2014年5月诊治的124例哮喘患者，将其分为两组，对照组的60例患者实施常规的支气管哮喘治疗，观察组的64例患者在常规治疗的基础上运用肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液实施治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果通过比较，观察组患者控制率为53.13%，对照组为33.33%，两组患者差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）；两组患者经过治疗后PEF和FEV1值均有所好转，但是观察组效果更加明显。结论卡介菌多糖核酸注射液能够很好的缓解轻中度哮喘，对支气管哮喘的治疗具有较好的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of asthma.MethodsIn our hospital in May 2013-2014 may in diagnosis and treatment of 124 cases of patients with asthma, it can be divided into two groups, the control group of 60 patients implement conventional bronchial asthma treatment, the observation group of 64 patients in the conventional treatment based on use of intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results By comparing the observed group control rate was 53.13%, 33.33% in control group, significant differences between the two groups of patients, statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Patients in the two groups after treatment after PEF and FEV1 values were improved, but the observation group effect is more obvious. Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection can relieve mild to moderate asthma, the treatment of bronchial asthma has better clinical effect.
