摘　　要：目的探索胶体金法快速诊断肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的临床应用价值,为早期诊断流血性出血热提供诊断依据。方法选择80例肾综合症出血热患者以及43例其它疾病患者,采用免疫滴金法与酶联免疫吸附法分别进行检测,并进行对比。结果胶体金免疫法和ELISA法对出血热的检测具有相同的特异性,胶体金免疫法对HFTS患者的Ig-M/G抗体检测具有特异性,在其他疾病患者中对出血热抗体的检测显阴性。结论胶体金法检测出血热抗体具有操作简单,特异性高,敏感度度高等特点。Objective To explore coloidal gold rapid diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） clinical value, to provide diagnostic evidence for the early diagnosis of bleeding hemorrhagic feverMethods80 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and 43 cases of other diseases, drip by immune gold method and ELISA method were detected and compared.Resultscoloidal gold immunoassay and ELISA detection of hemorrhagic fever with the same specificity, coloidal gold immunoassay for HFTS patients Ig-M / G antibody with specificity, detecting disease in other patients antibodies against hemorrhagic fever It was negative.Conclusion The coloidal gold assay hemorrhagic fever is simple, high specificity, high sensitivity and other characteristics.
