复方盐酸利多卡因用于混合痔术后镇痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究复方盐酸利多卡因注射液肛周局部注射对混合痔术后肛门疼痛的疗效。方法治疗组100例混合痔患者术后同步采用复方盐酸利多卡因注射液20 ml在肛周行点状注射镇痛,对照组100例混合痔患者术后局部未行复方盐酸利多卡因注射液注射镇痛。结果手术后7 d以内伤口疼痛评分治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后镇痛药的使用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方盐酸利多卡因注射液在混合痔术后的使用中镇痛效果显著。Objective To study the effect of compound lidocaine hydrochloride for postoperative analgesia after mixed hemorrhoids,Methods The treatment group （n = 100） were used compound lidocaine hydrochloride for postoperative analgesia and the control group not.Results After surgery 7 d,the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the use of analgesics in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Compound lidocaine hydrochloride for postoperative analgesia after mixed hemorrhoids has remarkable effect.
