木村病手术治疗后护理干预1例

摘　　要：目的探讨对1例木村病患者手术治疗后实施护理的临床体会。方法回顾性分析1例因木村病入住我院皮肤科的女性患者,针对其症状制定了完善的护理计划和实施了有效的护理措施。结果患者病情好转后,对患者做出院指导,嘱其定期复查,出院后随访,无复发迹象。结论木村病是一种少见病,疗程长,易复发,加强护理,预防感染和并发症可以稳定患者病情。Objective To investigate the clinical experience of nursing care in the treatment of a case of patients with the disease.Methods A retrospective analysis of a case of female patients who admitted to our hospital department of Dermatology for the disease, according to their symptoms, developed a comprehensive nursing plan and the implementation of effective nursing measures.Results After the patient＇s condition improved and the patients do discharge guidance, enjoin its periodic review, folow-up one year after discharge from hospital. No evidence of recurrence.ConclusionWood Vilage disease is a rare disease, long, easy to relapse, strengthen nursing, prevention of infection and complications can stabilize the patient＇s condition.
