研究护士参与药物临床实验的作用和意义

摘　　要：目的：探究研究护士参与药物临床实验的作用和效果。方法选取我院药物实验中心临床科室研究护士10名，于2013年6月-2015年5月参与药物临床实验，观察比较参与实验前、后患者临床不良事件发生情况和投诉情况。结果参与药物临床实验后患者临床不良事件发生率和投诉率均低于参与实验前（P 〈0.05），数据比较差异均存在统计学意义。结论于药物临床实验中采用研究护士参与模式，应用效果显著。Objective Research on the effect and main effect of nurses participating in drug clinical trials.Methods Select the center of medicine experimental center of our hospital 10 nurses,drug clinical trials in June 2013 to June 2015,to observe and compare the clinical adverse events and complaints of patients before and after the experiment.ResultsThe incidence of clinical adverse events and the rate of complaints in patients after clinical trials are lower than those in the experimental group（P 〈 0.05）,data were statisticaly significant differences.Conclusion Study on the model of nurse involvement in drug clinical trials,can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical adverse events and complaints rate,application effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
