“四冲穴”阴中隐阳法治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语的理论探讨

摘　　要："四冲穴"阴中隐阳法是一种经过临床证实比较有效的治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语的针刺方法。文章结合古典针刺理论介绍"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法的由来。"四冲穴"采用二井、二心、二原的配伍原则,选穴谨慎、配伍精当;阴中隐阳法源于经典、理论严谨、操作方便。"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法虽出于经典,却又高于经典,经过大量临床观察,疗效确切。＂Four Punch＂ Yin Hidden in Yang is a clinically effective acupuncture method in treating aphasia after ischemic stroke. The article introduced the origin of the ＂Four Punch＂ Yin Hidden in Yang based on classical acupuncture theory. ＂ Four Punch＂ includes two wen points, two heart points and two yuan-primary points. The Method of Yin Hidden in Yang derived from classical theory, and is easy to operate. The curative effect of ＂Four Punch＂ Yin Hidden in Yang is proved to be accurate after a large number of clinical observations.
