八味解郁汤加减治疗慢性胃炎合并抑郁症的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察八味解郁汤加减治疗慢性胃炎合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的方法,将102例慢性胃炎合并抑郁症患者,运用随机数字表法分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(51例)。治疗组服用八味解郁汤加减治疗,对照组服奥美拉唑片合黛力新(氟哌噻吨/美利曲辛)片,治疗6周为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后复查胃镜及用HAMN抑郁量表进行评分。结果:治疗组慢性胃炎总有效率为82.4%,对照组为80.4%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组抑郁症总有效率为76.5%,对照组为64.7%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在用药安全性方面,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:八味解郁汤加减治疗慢性胃炎合并抑郁症疗效确切,安全性高。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Bawei Jieyu Decoction on Chronic gastritis with depression. Method： The 102 patients of chronic gastritis with depression were divided into the treatment group （51 cases） and control group （51 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Bawei Jieyu Decoction; whlie the control group was given Omeprazole tablets and Dai Lixin （Flupentixol and melitracen） tablets. Two groups were treated for 6 weeks for 1 course. After 1 courses of treatment, t he endoscopy and HAMN depression scale score was observed. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.35% in chronic gastritis, and the control group was 80.39%, there were no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. The to- tal effective rate of the treatment group was 76.47% in depression, and the control group was 64.71%, there were no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. In drug safety, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： Bawei Jieyu Decoction has a good effect and high safety on chronic gastritis with depression.
