摘　　要：目的探讨垂体前叶功能减退症患者的临床表现及疗效。方法选取我院接收的10例垂体前叶功能减退症患者,均进行相关实验室检查,并采用激素替代疗法进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果所有患者均取得满意的治疗效果,临床表现症状均有改善,且实验室各项指标复查结果均趋于正常。结论垂体前叶功能减退症患者的临床表现症状比较复杂,临床应提高对患者实验室检查的重视,并采用激素替代疗法进行治疗,可有效提高治疗效率。Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and curative effect of pituitary function disorder.Methods Selected 10 cases of pituitary function decline, for the related laboratory tests, and the used hormone replacement therapy treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results All patients achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms were improved and the indicators and lab review results tend to be normal. Conclusion Pituitary function disorder in patients with complicated clinical symptoms, the attention of the clinical laboratory tests on the patients should be increase, and the use of hormone replacement therapy treatment, can effectively improve the treatment efifciency.
