摘　　要：目的对比关节镜手术和非手术治疗踝关节退行性骨关节病的临床效果。方法分组后观察两组治疗效果及治疗前后Mazur功能评分、VAS评分。结果两组治疗效果相当,治疗后两组各评分均优于治疗前,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论两种治疗方法效果相当,应用关节镜手术可较好提高疗效。Objective To compared the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery and non-operative treatment for the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the ankle joint.Methods Observed two groups of treatment effect and Mazur function score and VAS score before and after treatment. Results Two groups of treatment effect were quite, after treatment the scores are better than before treatment in two groups,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The effect of the two methods is quite good, and the application of arthroscopic surgery can improve the curative effect.
