慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎应用恩替卡韦治疗的效果初评

摘　　要：目的 评价慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎应用恩替卡韦治疗的临床效果.方法 选取我院2012年8月-2014年5月收治的50例慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者作为观察对象,随机分成对照组与实验组,各25例.对照组采用传统的常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础之上加用恩替卡韦进行治疗,观察治疗后的临床疗效.结果 对照组治疗后临床疗效的总有效率为60%,实验组治疗后临床疗效的总有效率为84%,实验组的临床疗效高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者应用恩替卡韦治疗的效果显著.Objective To evaluate clinical effect of application entecavir in treatment chronic severe hepatitis B viral. Methods Selected 50 cases of chronic severe hepatitis B from August 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital as research object, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had 25 cases, the control group adopt traditional regular treatment, the experimental group based on the control group with entecavir treatment, observed the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results After treatment the control group total effective rate was 60%, the experimental group total effective rate was 84%, the clinical effect of the experimental group was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Entecavir treatment effect is remarkable to application in chronic severe hepatitis B patients.
