地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对2型糖尿病的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在治疗2型糖尿病中的临床效果。方法选取我院2型糖尿病患者115例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗)57例、观察组(地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗)58例。结果观察组治疗3个月后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb Al C)水平改善情况优于对照组,观察组治疗有效率91.38%高于对照组77.19%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病治疗中效果显著。Objective To evaluate clinical results of insulin detemir combine with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 115 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital, according to the double-blind method were divided into control group （ conventional therapy ） 57 cases in the observation group （ Joint repaglinide detemir） 58 cases.Results After treatment, fasting plasma glucose in patients 3 months after （ FBG ）, postprandial 2 hours plasma glucose （ 2 hours PBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin （ HbA 1 C ） level of improvement than the control group, patients in the observation group effective rate was 91.38% higher than the control group 77.19%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Combined repaglinide detemir in type 2 diabetes treatment effect is signiifcant.
