摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对吞咽障碍伴心功能不全鼻饲置管过程中患者的临床表现。方法选取我院收治的50例吞咽障碍伴心功能不全患者,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采取端坐位鼻饲置管,观察组采用针刺联合端坐位鼻饲置管。比较两组患者的满意度、依从性及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的满意度、依从性均优于对照组,且不良反应发生情况也较低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针刺内关足三里联合端坐位鼻饲置管技术治疗吞咽障碍伴心功能不全患者治疗效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture on dysphagia clinical manifestations of heart failure during nasogastric tube.Methods Selected 50 cases with dysphagia combined with heart failure in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 25 cases. The control group took sitting position nasogastric tube, the observation group received acupuncture nasogastric tube joint sitting position. compared patient satisfaction, compliance and adverse events.Results After treatment, the observation group patient satisfaction, compliance were better than the control group, and adverse events was lower,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Acupuncture off tsusanli joint sitting position nasogastric catheter technique in the treatment of dysphagia with heart failure patient outcomes better.
