前列地尔注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨前列地尔注射液联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法 选取2014年1月-2015年1月在我院治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者40例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各20例.对照组单用前列地尔注射液治疗,治疗组采用前列地尔注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后两周的血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、β2微球蛋白的变化.结果 治疗组治疗后两周血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、β2微球蛋白较治疗前降低,Scr、24 h尿蛋白定量、β2-MG低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 前列地尔注射液联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果显著.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection combine with danshen chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Selected 40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each group had 20 cases. The control group adopt alprostadil injection and the treatment group adopt alprostadil injection combined with danshen chuanxiongqin injection. compared with the changes of serum creatinine, HbA1c, 24 hours urinary protein, β2-MG in 2 groups before and after treatment for two weeks.Results The serum creatinine, HbA1c, 24 hours urinary protein, β2-MG of the treatment group after two weeks were lower than before treatment, except for HbA1c, which was lower than the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Alprostadil injection combined danshen chuanxiongqin Injection in treatment of tarly diabetic nephropathy has effect.
