高龄胆囊炎、胆结石患者围手术期的预见性护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在高龄胆囊炎、胆结石患者围术期的应用价值。方法对我院收治的90例确诊为老年胆结石、胆囊炎患者的预见性护理进行回顾性分析。结果保守治疗18例,其他72例进行腹腔镜微创胆囊切除术、胆囊切除加胆总管探查术等,手术并发症9例,发生率为10%,经治疗后患者均康复出院。结论对高龄胆道疾患的患者,通过加强围手术期的预见性护理可有效降低死亡率,并减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理的质量。Objective To explore the application value of nursing care in the perioperative period of senile patients with gallstone cholecystitis. Methods 90 cases in our hospital for nursing care of senile cholelithiasis, cholecystitis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Conservative treatment in 18 cases, the other 72 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, cholecystectomy plus common bile duct exploration, 9 cases of operation complications, the incidence rate was 10%, after treatment, all patients were recovered.Conclusion Elderly patients with biliary tract diseases, through the strengthening of peri-operation period nursing care can effectively reduce the mortality rate and postoperative complications, improve nursing quality.
