摘　　要：采用碳当量评价、斜Y坡口焊接裂纹试验和硬度试验方法,研究了Q690D高强钢板焊接冷裂纹敏感性。试验结果表明:厚度为25mm的Q690高强钢板,预热温度大于100℃时,焊接接头中不会产生冷裂纹。Carbon equivalent analysis,Y- groove cracking test and hardness test were used to analyze the cold cracking sensibility of Q690 D high strength steel.The results showed that the cold cracking wouldn't occur when the preheat temperature is higher than 100℃ in welding of25 mm Q690 D high strength steel.
