省长质量奖对企业财务绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：本文以2009-2012年间我国获得省长质量奖的上市公司为样本,运用事件研究法分析了省长质量奖对我国企业财务绩效的影响。研究结果表明省长质量奖能显著改善企业内部流程,对市场绩效的影响有一定的滞后性,从长期来看,省长质量奖能改善企业的盈利能力。Based on the listed companies rewarded governor quality award from 2009 to 2012 and event study method, the paper analyzes the influence of governor quality award influence on corporate financial performance. The results prove that governor quality award can significantly improve corporate internal processes and the impact on market performance has a certain lag. In the long term, it can improve the profitability of recipients.
