摘　　要：通过对湖南农产品的生产和冷链物流现状的调查与分析,探讨了"3个平台"和"6个市场"的农产品冷链物流市场体系构建,提出了加大政府扶持力度,健全法律法规和技术标准;发展农产品冷链物流基础设施;加快农产品冷链物流技术研究,培养冷链物流专业人才;培育与壮大农产品冷链物流经营主体;发挥冷链物流行业协会协调和纽带作用的发展对策。By investigating and analyzing the production of Hunan agricultural products and the current situation of cold chain logistics, the author has explored the constructing of the cold chain logistics Market System of agricultur- al products, which is ＂three platforms＂ and ＂six markets＂ in short.He puts forward a few development countermea- sures, such as supporting strongly from the government, perfecting laws and regulations and technical standards, developing cold chain logistics infrastructure of agricultural products, training specialists in the field of cold chain logistics in order to speed up the agricultural cold chain logistics technology research, nurturing and expanding the main body of the agricultural cold chain logistics management, making the cold chain logistics industry associations play a coordinated and link role.
