摘  要:东北黑土区在我国国家粮食安全体系建设中具有重大作用,然而,长期以来该地区的发展却是以牺牲生态环境为代价的,由于自然因素影响以及人为不合理生产活动的破坏,导致黑土区土壤侵蚀越来越严重,水土流失较严重,黑土层厚度变薄,养分平衡失调,严重威胁到东北地区的生态安全和粮食安全。该文以宾县为例,对黑土区水土流失现状进行了分析,并提出了合理化建议。The northeast black earth area plays an important tem.The development of the area for a long time, however, role in the construction of our country food security sys- is at the expense of the ecological environment. Due to natural factors and human irrational activities, the soil erosion is more and more serious, the soil is thinning, and nu- trient balance is in disorder, threating the northeast region's ecological security and food security.Taking Bin county as an example, the paper analyzed the present situation of soil and water loss, and put forward the corresponding ra- tionalization proposal.
