摘　　要：基于对儿童行为和心理特征的研究，引入马斯洛需求理论，探讨儿童对诊疗环境的特殊需求，以此为基础提出满足儿童生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求等不同需求的儿童诊疗环境设计的人文表达要求。并介绍了在上海市儿童医院儿童诊疗环境设计工作中开展的一些具体实践。Based on a study of children＇s behavior and psychological characteristics, the article introduced Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs to discuss children＇s special needs for medical environment. Hence the authors proposed to meet children＇ s physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self- realization needs. Shanghai Children＇ s Hospital was cited as an example, to present the humanistic expression practices in designing children＇s medical environment.
