摘 要:目的 采用一批细胞基质同时收获甲肝和麻疹病毒。方法 应用甲肝 L-A-1株和麻疹 27D3株,间隔3周先后感染同一批人胚肺二倍体细胞2BS株,待两种病毒同时达到增殖高峰期时收获病毒液(以下简称HAM),并分别进行病毒滴定、特异性检查、猴体安全性和免疫效果试验。结果HAM的甲肝和麻疹病毒滴度与同批单价甲肝和麻疹疫苗病毒滴度,差异均无显著意义。结论 该方法用于制备甲肝-麻疹联合疫苗,操作简便,省时省力,并可显著降低疫苗生产成本。Objective To harvest hepatitis A and measles viruses from the cell media of the same lot. Methods The human embryonal lung dipoid cell 2BS strains of the same lot were infected with L - A - 1 strain of hepatitis A virus and 27D3T strain of measles virus at an interval of 3 weeks. The virus liquid HAM was harvested after the proliferations of both the viruses reached peak values and evaluated by virus titration, specificity test, safety test in monkeys and immune effect test. Results No significant difference was observed in the hepatitis A and measles virus liters of HAM and those of monovalent hepatitis A or measles vaccine of the same lot. Conclusion The harvest method is simple and time - saving and suitable for the prepartion of combined hepatitis A - measles vaccine. The cost of production may decrease significantly by the method.
