摘  要:为了改善醋丙防水乳液耐水性差的缺陷,采用预乳化种子乳液聚合和半连续滴加工艺,通过与有机硅KH-570共聚对其进行了改性研究。实验讨论了有机硅用量、乳化剂复配比例及用量、引发剂用量对聚合过程和涂膜性能的影响,以及共聚物序列结构的变化。实验结果表明,在乳化剂配比为m(OP-10)∶m(MS-60)=1∶1、乳化剂用量为2.0%、引发剂用量为0.5%、有机硅用量为2%时,聚合反应具有很好的稳定性,同时有机硅参与共聚使得改性醋丙乳液的吸水率降低至17.84%。实验通过半连续滴加工艺较好地克服了由于单体竞聚率差异较大带来的共聚物组成不均的缺陷。In order to improve the water resistance of vinyl acetate-acrylic waterproof emulsion,the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion modified with an active silicone monomer KH-570 was prepared by pre-emulsified and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method. The factors of the dosage of silicon,the dosage and proportion of emulsifier,the dosage of the initiator on the polymerization process and polymer microstructure were discussed. Experimental results show that polymerization process has better stability and the water absorption of modified polymer emulsion decreases to 17.84% when the dosage of the organo-silane is controlled to 2%,the proportion of emulsifier OP-10:MS-60 is 1:1,the dosage of emulsifier is 2.0% and the dosage of the ini- tiator is 0.5%. By pre-emulsified and sen-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method,the deficiency of non-uniform com- position of the copolymer due to the great difference of the monomer reactivity ratios has been overcome.
