摘 要:利用交变电场电渗,在微通道内诱发混沌流,以提高流体混合效率,并对其进行了数值模拟研究。基于有限元方法采用COMSOL软件对流体混合过程进行数值仿真,分析了交变电场强度、电场频率、电极对数和电极极性等参数对混合效率的影响。结果表明,交变电场电渗能够在微通道内产生混沌流,有效地提高微通道内流体的混合效率;提高交变电场强度、电场频率以及电极对数均可提高微通道内流体混合效率;当相邻两对电极极性相反时,混沌流更加显著,流体接触面积更大,因此可获得更好的混合效果。A chaos shoot in microchannels was produced under electroosmotic of AC electric field,in order to improve the mixing efficiency.Numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the fluid mixing process by COMSOL based on finite element method, the effects of the AC electric field strength, the AC electric field frequency, the quantities of electrodes and the electrodes polarity on the mixing efficiency were analyzed.The results indicate that the electroosmotic of AC electric field can produce a chaos shoot to effectively increase the mixing efficiency in microchannels.The mixing efficiency can be improved by increasing the AC electric field strength, the AC electric field frequency and the quantities of electrodes.The opposite polarity for the adjacent electrodes leads to the better micromixing effect because of significant chaos of fluid and larger contact area for fluid.
