摘 要:针对润滑油配方优选过程中通常需对多种属性、多个指标进行综合比较,且存在信息模糊难以量化及群体意见如何平衡等问题,提出结合模糊集理论与组合加权算术平均算子(CWAA算子),建立润滑油配方的多属性群决策优选模型的方法。以可燃气体重负荷压缩机油为例,对所建模型的适用性及科学合理性进行验证。结果表明:该优选模型可有效地集结众属性信息、综合各决策者意见,优选出综合性能较好的润滑油配方,为润滑油配方的综合评价提供了一种科学而有效的决策方法。Aimed at the problems existed in the lubricant formulation optimization such as a comprehensive comparison of various indicators and properties, quantifying fuzzy information, balancing community comments and other issues, a multi-attribute group decision-making optimization model of lubricant formulations was constructed based on the combination of fuzzy set theory and combined weighted arithmetic averaging operator( CWAA operator).Taking the heavy load compressor oil of combustible gas as an example ,the applicability and rationality of the model was validated.The result shows that the optimization model can elect the better lubricant formulation than others though gathering information of properties and integrating decision-maker's opinions effectively. This research provides a scientific and effective decision-making method for comprehensive evaluation of lubricant formulation.
