摘  要:目前,国内输气管道行业普遍采用经验值来确定线路截断阀压降速率设定值,存在较大不确定性,可能导致线路截断阀误动作或事故状态下不动作。为合理确定输气管道线路截断阀压降速率设定值,文中以西气东输二线为例,对输气管道小孔泄漏、压缩机停机和管道调峰等工况下的压降速率进行分析,给出了线路截断阀压降速率设定值的计算方法。The empirical value is used to determine the proper value of line block valve pressure drop rate of gas transmission pipeline at home,and there exists big uncertainty,thus leading to the line block valve malfunction and fail to move in accident. In order to confirm the set point of the line block valves pressure drop rate reasonably,taken the second west to east gas transmission as an example,pressure drop rate on the working condition of holes leakage in the pipeline,stop of the compressor and pipeline pitch peak condition was analyzed and calculated. And the method to determine the value of the pipeline pressure drop rate was given.
