摘 要:埋地管道穿墙套管的渗漏现象非常普遍,加剧了管道和阀门的腐蚀,降低了管道和设备的使用寿命,严重的腐蚀还会导致管道和阀门开裂泄漏。通过对地下管道穿墙部位的泄漏原因分析和技术方案比选,采用封闭弹性波纹管补偿式穿墙套管技术,利用弹性波纹管补偿管道的伸缩量,使穿墙管道与套管之间形成一个密闭的空间,从而达到管道穿墙套管零渗漏和防止腐蚀的目的。在石化企业的实际应用,验证了该技术的实施效果。The phenomenon of leakage of wall feed-through sleeve for buried pipeline is widespread. It exacerbates the corrosion of the buried pipelines and valves,and shortens the service span of the pipeline and equipment,and even can result in leakages induced by cracks because of the serious corrosion. Through the analysis of leakages of the part of wall feed-through sleeve for buried pipeline and the scheme comparison,the technology of seal elasticity compensation wall feed-through sleeve for pipeline was adopted. Through compensating the extension of the pipeline through the elasticity bellow,a sealed space was formed between the pipeline and the sleeve,thus the goal of zero-leakage and corrosion protection of wall feed-through sleeve was achieved.With the practical application in petrochemical company,the performance of this technology is verified.
