细叶小檗的组织构造与显微特征

摘　　要：目的:对细叶小檗的组织构造与显微特征进行观察,为其资源的进一步开发利用以及品质评价提供科学依据。方法:(1)采用石蜡切片法制备细叶小檗根、根茎、茎和叶的组织切片,观察其组织构造及特征。(2)采用水合氯醛透化或醋酸甘油不透化制备粉末片,观察粉末的显微特征。结果:(1)细叶小檗根横切片皮层有石细胞散在,单个或成群,韧皮部中部可见韧皮纤维。(2)根茎横切片的木栓层有少量石细胞,皮层及韧皮部石细胞群伴有纤维,断续排列成环。(3)茎横切片在皮层外部有石细胞环带。(4)叶横切片上表面有栅栏细胞,通过主脉。结论:细叶小檗根、根茎、茎和叶的组织构造和粉末的显微特征比较明显,可为该药材的生药学研究和质量控制提供参考或依据。Objective：At the stake should be emphasized that observation on organizational structure and microscopic characteristics of Berberis poiretii Schneid provides us a window to explore the scientific foundation of quality evaluation and reclaiming of Berberis poiretii Schneid. Methods：（1）Observe the organizational structure and characteristics of roots,rhizomes,stems and leaves tissue sections in Berberis poiretii Schneid through the method of paraffin sections.（2）Observe the microscopic characteristics of the powder tablets prepared by permeabilization of chloral hydrate or non-permeabilization of triacetin. Results：（1）There are stone cells scattered on the transverse section at the cortex of the roots in Berberis poiretii Schneid,independently or in groups ways,in addition,bast fibers can be seen in phloem.（2）There are a few stone cells scattered on the transverse section at the phellem layer of rhizome,stone cell groups in the cortex and phloem which are accompanied by fibers,arranged in a ring without continuous conjunctions.（3）There are rings of stone cells in the outside region of the cortex in the transverse section of the stem.（4）There are palisade cells on the surface of leaf transverse sections,passing through the main vein. Conclusion：The microscopic characteristics are obvious and can be recognized easily,which are the organizational structure and the powder of Berberis poiretii Schneid root,rhizome,stem and leaf,providing us a reference and basis for pharmacognostic study and quality control of medicinal materials.
