不同周期挂线治疗高位肛瘘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察治疗高位肛瘘时不同挂线时间对于肛门功能和疗效的影响。方法：将165例根据挂线时间分为7~10 d、10~13 d、13~18 d组。期间观察记录挂线时间、术后1个月、3个月、6个月的肛门Wexner评分,住院时间和疗效。结果：随着挂线时间的延长肛门Wexner评分越低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。手术疗效无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：挂线疗法能有效的治疗高位肛瘘,不同的挂线时间不影响其疗效,但挂线时间越长,术后肛门失禁的风险越低。Objective：To observe the treatment of high anal fistula at different time for hanging the influence line of anal function and curative effect. Methods：165 cases were divided into 7~10 days,10~13 days and 13~18 days according to the hanging line time. The anal score,the length of the anus Wexner score,the length of hospital stay,and the effect were observed during the period of 1 months,3 months,6 months after operation. Results：the lower the anal Wexner score,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no difference in efficacy between the surgical procedures（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Seton therapy can be effective in the treatment of high anal fistula,different hanging line time without affecting its therapeutic efficacy,but hang line longer,postoperative anal incontinence risk lower.
