摘 要:分别用SiC、CBN两种砂轮对Ti5Al4V钛合金进行了干磨削试验,研究了在0.01,0.03,0.05mm三种磨削深度下钛合金的表面硬度、表面粗糙度和表面形貌。结果表明:随着磨削深度的增加,经SiC砂轮磨削后,Ti5Al4V钛合金表面形貌逐渐恶化,出现了磨削烧伤和磨削裂纹,次表层的硬度下降,出现了软化层;在相同的磨削深度下,CBN砂轮磨削的Ti5Al4V钛合金表面质量优于SiC砂轮磨削的,主要原因是CBN砂轮磨削时产生的磨削力小和磨削热较少。Dry grinding experiments for titanium alloy Ti5Al4V were carried out using SiC and CBN grinding wheels to study the surface micro-hardness, surface roughness and surface morphology of Ti alloy under three grinding depths (0.01, 0.03, 0.05 mm). Results show that with the increase of grinding depth, the surface morphology of the TiSAI4V alloy grinded by SiC grinding wheel became worse, grinding burn and cracks appeared, the hardness of the subsurface decreased, and a softened layer appeared~ while under the same grinding depth, the surface quality of the Ti5Al4V alloy grinded by CBN grinding wheel was superior to that by SiC grinding wheel, which was mainly attributed to CBN grinding wheel producing smaller grinding force and less heat in grinding.
