摘  要:合理量化碳化环境作用并准确分析混凝土碳化深度,对于碳化环境下混凝土结构的耐久性定量分析与设计具有重要意义。首先基于混凝土碳化分析的多场耦合数值模型,定量分析温度、相对湿度、CO2浓度等环境因素对混凝土碳化深度的影响,并建立混凝土结构的碳化环境作用量化指标;然后通过引入环境修正系数对理论模型进行修正,建立混凝土碳化深度分析的实用预测模型,进而对碳化环境下混凝土结构的服役寿命和耐久性设计参数进行定量分析,并通过试验数据对比验证该方法的有效性和适用性。在此基础上,以碳化速率系数作为耐久性设计参数,可以实现碳化环境下混凝土结构的耐久性定量分析与设计。Quantification of environmental effect for carbonation and carbonation depth analysis of concrete play an important role in the quantitative durability analysis and design of concrete structures under carbonation environment. The influences of temperature, relative humidity, CO2 concentration on the carbonation depth of concrete are investigated quantitatively. The quantification index of environmental action for carbonation is proposed based on the multi-field coupled numerical model first. Then, a practical prediction model for carbonation depth of concrete is developed by introducing the environmental factors to modify the theoretical model, based on which the service life and durability design parameters of concrete structures are discussed quantitatively. Finally, the efficiency and applicability of the proposed method is verified by comparing with the experimental data. Based on the above work, the quantitative durability design of concrete structures could be implemented by adopting the carbonation coefficient as the governing parameter.
