摘　　要：从新型城镇化对房地产业发展影响分析入手,借鉴美国房地产产业链的发展经验,从产业链纵向延伸、横向拓展两个层面对我国房地产产业链重构进行研究,搭建新型城镇化下房地产产业链的重构框架。纵向深化过程中,吸纳新元素,加快产业结构升级,使产业链价值增长点向"微笑曲线"两端转移;横向拓展中,与新兴、朝阳产业融合形成新的产业业态,升级产品与服务结构。This paper analyzes the influence of New-type Urbanization on the real estate industry. Then,based on reference from experiences of the American real estate industry chain,researches Chinese real estate industry chain from vertical extension and horizontal expansion two aspects. Finally,sets up the reconstructed framework of Chinese real estate industry chain in New-type Urbanization. In the vertical plane,transfers the new growth point of Chinese real estate industry chain to both ends of the Smile Curve through combining with new elements and upgrading of the industrial structure. In the horizontal plane,forms the newly industry formats with the integration of emerging and sunrise industry.
