摘　　要：结合BIM技术在国内建筑业的应用情况,系统阐述BIM在国内应用的现状,分析BIM在国内发展所面临的障碍,并为BIM的推广应用作初步研究,提出相关对策与建议。Combined with BIM application situation in domestic construction industry,systematically summarizes the application situation of BIM,analyzes the obstacles to development of BIM. Then,this paper makes a preliminary research for BIM＇s promotion application,puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
