摘　　要：针对大型建设工程项目管理指标权重的即时分析、修正和确定的需求,将工程项目管理理论与实践相融合,利用计算机技术,构建和开发大型建设工程项目管理指标赋权系统,并把该系统应用于某一新建工程项目。应用结果表明:使用该系统能更精确地对工程项目实施状态进行科学分析与评价,为更加有效地管控工程项目提供了新的工具。Aiming at the requirement of immediate analysis,correction and determination in the index weighting of large-scale construction project management,this peper based on the integration of project theories and practices,builds and develops index weighting system for large-scale construction project management by means of computer technology,then applies it to some new-built construction project. The application results show that using the system can be more accurate and scientific to analyze and evaluate the status of the project,and the system provides a new tool for engineering projects with more effective control.
