摘　　要：当前服务业领域普遍存在服务资源分配不均衡,供需矛盾紧张,客户盲目追求高质量的服务资源,造成部分服务资源处于超载状态而另一部分资源处于饥饿状态。针对这种情况,提出基于均等化的Web服务资源的推荐机制。该推荐模型中包括三层次的服务匹配,分别为基于语义的Web服务功能属性匹配、服务资源状态的匹配、基于均等化QoS评价模型的服务非功能性匹配,然后根据反馈结果,可以通过调整均等化QoS模型的权重系数来达到均等化服务资源的最佳效果。仿真实验证明了该模型的正确性和算法的有效性。At present, the imbalanced distribution of service resources and the intense conflicts between supply and demand are widely existed in services industry. Customers always blindly pursue high-quality service resources, this causes that part of the service resources is overloaded but the rest is unpatronised. In view of this, we propose the equalisation-based recommendation mechanism of Web service resource. There are three levels of service matching in recommendation model, respectively, matching the semantics-based function attributes of Web services, matching the service resources status, and matching the equalisation QoS evaluation model-based non-functional property of services. Then according to the feedback results, the best results of equalising the service resources can be achieved by adjusting the weight coefficients of equalisation QoS model. Simulation experiment proves the validity of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
