摘  要:测试武钢烧结用混匀矿粉理化性能,制定了合理的基础烧结试验温度、恒温时间和碱度,通过试验得到了3种细粒级国产精矿粉的烧结液相行为和规律。研究表明:A粉烧结同化液相量比生产用2.0mm以下粒级混匀矿少,粘结效果随烧结温度、时间和碱度波动较小;B粉的同化液相生成量和性能接近生产用混匀矿;C粉在碱度R-=0-1.6、1260℃左右,烧结O~O.5min有好的粘结效果。The physicochemical properties of blending ores for sintering in WISCO were tested, then the range of heating temperature, soaking time and sinter basicity were selected for experiment. The sintering liquid behavior and rule of 3 domestic concentrate ores were gained by sintering test. Compared with the blending ore which was used in production and the particle size was 〈2.0 ram, A ore which was one of the 3 domestic concentrate ores had the fewer amount of sintering liquid and a steady bond strength when increasing the heating temperature, soaking time and basicity. B ore had the same amounts of sintering liquid and the same properties as the blending ore. C ore developed a good bond strength at w(CaO)/w(Si02)=O-l. 6, 1 260 ℃ and soaking 0~0. 5 min.
