摘 要:为了充分利用生物质资源和钢铁余热资源,减少钢铁企业对不可再生煤炭资源的依赖,降低钢铁企业的生产成本和投入环保设备的运行成本,提出了钢铁企业能源化利用生物质资源的途径,包括:钢铁企业丰富的低温余热和蒸汽,为发展生物质燃料的烘干、焙烧创造一定的条件;其相应的设备和技术为发展生物质固体成型燃料和气体燃料提供设备和技术保证;根据钢铁企业的污水及其处理设施的特点,开发生物质高效、低价的制氢方式,为钢铁企业发展氢冶金提供保证。In order tO use biomass resources and heat resources, reduce the dependence on coal resources, and save the operation cost and the investment in environmental protection equipment for iron and steel enterprises, biomass resource application approaches were discussed. The abundant low-temperature-waste heat and steam in iron and steel enterprises created conditions for the development of biomass fuel drying and roasting. The corresponding equipment and technologies gave equipment and technical guarantee for the development of biomass solid fuel and gas fuel. The hydrogen metallurgy can be realized in iron and steel enterprises with development of high- efficiency and low-cost hydrogen production by biomass according to the characteristics of wastewater and its treatment facilities.
