摘 要:H型钢拼接组合钢管混凝土墙/柱构件的钢管和管内混凝土通过栓钉连接在一起,其管腔内不设置内隔板,与钢梁采用竖板连接方式。为了研究柔性连接件栓钉对钢管和管内混凝土间内力分配的影响,对其进行了弹性理论分析。分析得到钢管和混凝土界面抗滑移力分布形式,并求得楼层不同部位钢管和混凝土内力。分析表明,钢管和管内混凝土间的轴力分配方式不完全符合轴压刚度分配原则,每层顶部的钢管和底部的管内混凝土内力有所增大,增大幅度与其所处楼层位置有关。从限制荷载传递长度出发,给出了设置栓钉的数量,供设计参考。The type of side-plate connection is used in joint of steel beams and concrete-filled steel columns or walls. The filled concrete is connected to H-section tube by studs, no internal diaphragm is set in the lumen of composite members. Based on the elastic theory, the effect of studs on axial force distribution between steel tube and core concrete was analyzed. Distribution form of anti-sliding force between steel and concrete interface was obtained. Then a formula was developed for predicting the axial force of steel tube and core concrete on different floors. The result indicates that the distribution of axial force between steel tube and core concrete does not fully meet the principle of elastic stiffness distribution. The axial forces of steel tube at the top of floors and core concrete at the bottom are increased respectively. Increasing factor is related to the vertical position of the floors. To limit the load transfer length, the number of stud is formulated, which may be referenced by designers.
