摘　　要：基于宁波—舟山港的发展实际,分析了宁波—舟山港港口供应链的组成节点和形态结构特点,从优化供应链节点结构、促进供应链合作和链条延伸、拓展增值服务、强化供应链信息系统建设等方面提出了"提高港口综合竞争实力,加快港口经济的发展"的对策。This paper analyzed the features of the structure and constitution of the service supply chain of Ningbo-zhoushan Port. Then, the paper puts forward the strategies of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of ports and speeding up the development of the port economy, i.e. to optimize the structure of port supply chain, to promote the supply chain cooperation and chain extension, to extend the value-added service, and to enhance the supply chain information system etc.
