摘 要:硫磺回收装置在低负荷运行时,可对工艺、设备和安全环保造成诸如影响炉子燃烧效果,增大装置能源消耗,影响硫磺产品质量,以及造成鼓风机损坏,炉子火嘴堵塞,甚至损坏蒸汽过热器加热盘管等结果,直接污染环境,威胁操作人员的安全和健康。以中石化洛阳分公司硫磺回收装置为例,从实际出发,提出了通过提高进入主燃烧炉物料温度,加强设备维护,确保平稳运行,完善安全管理体制,强化个人安全意识等一系列措施应对炼制含硫原油且硫磺回收装置低负荷出现的问题。The low load operation of sulfur recovery unit will bring adverse effect on process,equipment,safety and environmental protection,such as influencing the burning effect of furnace,increasing the energy consumption of unit,affecting the quality of sulfur product,bringing damage to the air blower,plugging the burner tip and damaging the heating coil of steam preheater,thus directly polluting the environment and threatening the safety and health of operators.This article takes the sulfur recovery unit at SINOPEC Luoyang Company as an example,and puts forward some countermeasures against the problems in sour crude processing and the low load operation of sulfur recovery unit,including increasing the temperature of materials to sour gas burning furnace and enhancing the maintenance of equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the unit and improve the safety management system and the awareness of personal safety.
