摘　　要：相互持股问题是公司法学界探讨的热点问题之一,本文试就相互持股对公司资本的影响进行分析,从公司本身、股东、债权人及股份回购等方面展开研究,以此降低各种不利风险因素,保证相互持股人的利益。Cross shareholding is one of the hot issues discussed in the field of corporation law. This essay analyzes the influence of cross shareholding on corporate capital. This study is conducted from the aspects of the company, shareholders, creditor and share repurchase. It puts forward the methods to reduce the adverse impacts of cross shareholding on corporate capital.
