摘　　要：党员的发展是我党永葆青春的根本途径,也是我党保持先进性的根本方法。而大学生党员更是这个群体中的优秀者与引领者,对大学生党员发展制度的建设不容忽视。本文以大学生党员发展过程中存在的问题为研究对象,采用理论与实践相结合的方式提出若干条优化对策,希望能够为大学生党员发展工作的开展提供必要的理论依据与实践指导。The development of Party members is the basic way to make our party forever young, which is also the basic way to maintain CCCP advanced. But the party members of college students are more outstanding and leaders in the party members whose construction of development of the system cannot be ignored. The essay discusses the problems in the development of students party members to find countermeasures, hoping to provide theoretical and practical guide for it.
