触摸屏配方功能在大型压力机换模中的应用

摘　　要：在压力机换模后,需针对模具进行参数调节,调节数据保存后可在下次直接调用。一套模具需要4~5个数据甚至更多,当有多套模具参数需要保存时,使用PLC会占用大量的PLC寄存器地址,而且不能直观地显示所保存的参数数据,而触摸屏的配方功能则很适合应用在这个场合。After the tool has been changed, the tool parameters have to be adjusted. Some tool parameters can be saved for next time use. A set of tool probably need four or five parameters or even more data, so when there are many tool parameters needed to be saved, it will take lots of PLC register address by use of PLC to save the parameters. Moreover, the saved parameters can not be visually displayed, but the formula function of touch screen is suitable for this occasion.
