摘  要:输送带性能可以决定整个输送系统的运行状况。基于国内外现状,首先建立了长距离输送系统动力学模型。随后计算了4种启动状态下的传送带张力情况。研究表明:随着启动时间的增加,长距离输送带动态特性呈现非线性变化规律。适当延长启动时间能够有效地降低机头和机尾处的张力。Conveyor belt performance can decide the operation condition of the conveyor system. Based on the status quo at home and abroad, long-distance conveying system dynamics model was established first. Then the conveyor belt tensions of 4 kinds start condition were calculated. Research shows that: with the increase of the startup time, long distance conveyor belt dynamic characteristics present nonlinear variation law. Extend the startup time can effectively reduce the tension of the nose and tail.
