大齿圈精滚齿刀杆应用及工艺研究

摘　　要：针对大齿圈精滚齿刀杆在16米滚齿机的应用中存在的问题,提出该滚齿刀杆工艺要求,并对大型滚齿机刀杆使用存在问题进行了分析,以达到对滚齿机刀杆的工艺过程进行控制的目的。通过对工艺难点的研究和攻关,形成了一套成熟的大型滚齿机刀杆的加工工艺。希望可以对相关从业人员起到一定的借鉴和指导的作用,并促进该工艺的进一步完善和发展。In this paper, for the gear precision rolling cutter rod in 16 meters rolling gear machine used in existing problems proposed the bobbing cutter rod process requirements, and the large gear hobbing machine tool bar problem existing in the use of analysis, in order to achieve the purpose of control of gear hobbing machine tool bar of the process. Through the research on the technical difficulties and key problems, a set of processing technology of the large scale gear cutting machine tool is formed. It is hoped that it can play a certain reference and guidance to the relevant practitioners, and promote the further improvement and development of the process.
