基于德尔菲法研制住院肿瘤患者家庭状态量表

摘　　要：目的:研制适合我国住院肿瘤患者家庭状态的评估量表,为评估我国住院肿瘤患者的家庭状态提供良好的测量工具。方法:以第3版《护理结局分类》为框架,通过文献查阅和专家访谈,确定备选指标,经课题小组讨论形成专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法(Delphi Method)对全国22位专家进行两轮函询。结果:通过2轮专家咨询,最终形成了包含家庭正常化、家庭功能、家庭经济与健康状况、家庭参与专业护理和治疗过程中的家庭支持5个维度,53个条目的测量工具,两轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为96%和100%,专家权威系数为0.84,协调指数分别为0.305和0.437。结论:采用德尔菲法形成的住院肿瘤患者家庭状态评估量表,具有较高的可靠性,能提高肿瘤患者的生存质量,可在临床上推广应用。Objective： To develop a appropriate assessment scale of hospitalized cancer patients＇ family status and provide a good measurement tool to assess the hospitalized cancer patients＇ family status in our country. Method： Using the third edition of ＂nursing outcomes classification＂ as a framework, determined the alternative indexby reviewing literature and interviewing experts, then formed the expert advisory questionnaire after the research team＇s discussion, used the Delphi method （ Delphi Method ） to do two rounds＇ letter inquiry on 22 experts. Result： After two rounds＇ expert inquiry, we finally developed an assessment tool with 53 items classified in 5 dimensions named as family normalization, family function, family economic and health status, family involvement professional care and family support during treatment. The expert inquiry positive coefficient of two rounds were 96% and 100%, the experts authority coefficient both was 0.84, the coordination indexes were 0.305 and 0.437. Conclusion： The family status scale for hospitalized cancer patients developed by using Delphi method has high reliability and can improve the cancer patients＇ quality of life, it can be applied in clinical practice.
