儿泻停预防肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿泻停颗粒在肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻方面的预防作用。方法:选择2013年6-12月本院小儿肺炎患者230例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,预防组118例抗生素及对症治疗同时服用儿泻停,对照组112例进行抗生素及对症治疗,出现腹泻后加服儿泻停,比较两组腹泻发生率、严重程度、疗效、腹泻持续时间、治疗腹泻疗程及不同住院时间腹泻发生率。结果:预防组腹泻发生率及严重程度均低于对照组,疗效优于对照组,腹泻持续时间以及治疗腹泻疗程均短于对照组,不同住院时间腹泻发生率低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无不良反应发生。结论:儿泻停能降低肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻的发生率,早期应用可缩短腹泻持续时间和疗程,利于患儿早日康复。Objective： To investigate the effect of Erxieting in the prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Method： 230 children with pneumonia in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.liB cases in the prevention group were given Erxieting on the basis of antibiotics and symptomatic treatment.112 eases in the control group were given antibiotics and symptomatic treatment, Erxieting was given to them after the diarrhea occurred.The incidence of diarrhea and its severity, curative effect, duration of diarrhea, treatment course of diarrhea and the incidence rates in different time were compared between the two groups.Result： The incidence of diarrhea and its severity in the prevention group was lower than those in the control group, the curative effect of the prevention group was better than that of the control group, the duration and treatment course of diarrhea in the prevention group were shorter than those in the control group, the incidence rates in different time of the prevention group were lower than those of the control group, the differences above were all statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion： Erxieting can be used to prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea in infants, its early application can reduce the duration and treatment course of diarrhea.It is good for patients＇ speedy recovery.
