摘 要:连杆是汽车发动机的重要组成部分。由于连杆结构的特殊性,对连杆体与连杆盖结合面的加工提出了更高的要求。通过对连杆端面的分析,提出采用立式单面铣削组合机床进行加工。在完成组合机床总体方案的基础上,确定了加工工艺、进给参数、加工工序图等相关设计内容。该组合机床具有结构紧凑、刚性好、生产率高、加工质量稳定等特点,将有效提高连杆端面的生产效率和加工质量。The connecting rod is the important component of automobile engines. Because of architectural par- ticularity of the connecting rod, the higher treating request has been brought forward to the connecting rod body and the connecting rod cover face. By the analysis of connecting rod face, the connecting rod is going to treated by the upright single face milling combination machine tools. On the basis of accomplishing the combination ma- chine tool overall design, design contents are determined such as the processing technology, progress parameters and the machining procedure graph, etc. The combination machine tool has characteristics such as the compact structure, good stiffness, high efficacy and the stable processing quality. The production efficiency and the pro- cessing quality will been obviously improved.
