野生硬核种子的表型变异

摘　　要：对云南野生油料树种硬核（Scleropyrum wallichianum）4个县7个群体80株树的种子进行群体变异分析。结果表明：硬核种子大小在群体内的平均表型变异占93.72%,而群体间平均表型变异占6.28%。7个群体海拔分布范围为1 100-1 580 m,群体间平均种子长为22.27-24.70 mm,平均种子宽为17.91-20.28 mm,平均单粒种子质量为3.17-4.33 g,海拔越高,种子越小。种子形态和种皮刻纹深浅等质量性状受环境影响较小。Field investigation and sample collection of wilding oil-bearing tree Scleropyrum wallichianum were conducted in four counties,Yunnan. Based on the date of seeds from 80 individuals in 7 natural forest populations,its phenotype variations was investigated. There were larger variation within population（ 93.72%） and smaller variation（ 6.28%） among populations. The average single seed length,diameter and weight variation ranges were 22.27-24.79 mm,17.91-20.28 mm and3.17-4.33 g,respectively,in 7 populations at 1 100- 1 580 m. The seed from high altitude were smaller than those from low altitude. Vein of shell and shape of seed was affected slightly by environmental factors.
